2. Orders & Customization

  • All products are made to order.

  • Custom designs, flavors, sizes, and themes are subject to availability and feasibility.

  • Final design and decoration may vary slightly from reference images due to handcrafted preparation.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices mentioned on the website are starting prices and may vary based on customization.

  • Final pricing will be shared and confirmed before order acceptance.

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment confirmation.

  • Payment methods will be communicated at the time of order.

4. Order Confirmation & Advance Payment

  • A non-refundable advance may be required to confirm an order.

  • Orders without payment confirmation may not be processed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Since all items are made to order, cancellations are not accepted once preparation has started.

  • No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations, change of mind, or incorrect details shared by the customer.

  • In case of issues related to quality, customers are requested to inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation.

  • Delays caused due to traffic, weather, or third-party delivery partners are beyond our control.

  • Customers opting for self-pickup are requested to arrive on time.

7. Allergens & Ingredients

  • All products are 100% eggless.

  • Cakes may contain or come in contact with dairy, nuts, gluten, or other allergens.

  • Customers with allergies are advised to inform us while placing the order.

8. Hygiene & Quality

  • We follow strict hygiene and cleanliness standards during preparation.

  • Products are freshly baked and intended for consumption on the day of delivery unless advised otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, logos, and text on this website belong to Crave n Crumble and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Customer Conduct

  • We expect respectful communication at all times.

  • Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in order cancellation.
